Yoga is for Everyone!
I believe that yoga really is for everyone. Not every style will suit everyone, but there is a style, class, teacher, studio that will be just right for you. I’ve practiced at many studios with many wonderful teachers, and pull inspiration from them all. My practice and as a result, my teaching is ever-changing as I keep learning. Just as your practice will grow as you evolve too. Whether you’re new to yoga, or a seasoned yogi, I would be honored to have you practice with me.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for stress reduction as well as physical, mental and spiritual healing. Reiki simply translates as “Life Force Energy” which is the natural source of energy that flows through us all. When our energy is low, through either illness, injury, stress, or emotional dissatisfaction, we are likely to become more sick or feel more stressed.
